I’ve ordered my first art print. I’m almost ashamed to admit that I’ve never purchased one before. I’ve always wanted to start a collection, but when it came to ordering my first print I’ve been pretty slow to say the least. I generally fly low on the consume things radar.

I chose Shiny Showcase – ‘Vade Retro Satana’ and ‘The Last Leaf’ by Aesthetic Apparatus and Cole Gerst over at Tiny Showcase. The set is comprised of two prints by seperate artists – ‘Vade Retro Satana’ is by Aesthetic Apparatus and ‘The Last Leaf’ is by Cole Gerst.

I chose the set for ‘Vade Retro Satana’ because I love the patterns used, and the almost moire effect in the upper silver portion – Yeah! ‘The Last Leaf’ is nice too, don’t get me wrong. It’s the icing on the collector’s cake, maybe.. They’re an edition of 500 – Tiny Showcase only had 24 left when I ordered, so hopefully I made it in time.
