General Pants Co. has started an initiative they're calling The Bubble, through which they'll be promoting talented young artists to a broader public audience.
The concept is that viewers online are able to vote for designs they like, the most popular designs are then promoted by General Pants in the form of in-store commissions or promotion in magazine titles like Monster Children.
